200g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Mat\u00e9riel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plat \u00e0 tarte de diam\u00e8tre 27 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robot de cuisine (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixeur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 1 : R\u00e9alisation du fond de tarte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malaxer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Former alors une boule et placer-la deux heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C (thermostat 6)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s repos, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foncer la p\u00e2te le moule &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire le fond de tarte pendant 15 minutes, il faut qu\u2019il soit en sous-cuisson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 2 : Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190\u00b0C (thermostat 6-7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 3 : R\u00e9alisation de la cr\u00e8me aux noix de p\u00e9can<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mixer finement les noix de p\u00e9can<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un saladier, fouetter le beurre avec le sucre et les \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la poudre de noix de p\u00e9can puis continuer de m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler uniform\u00e9ment la cr\u00e8me obtenue sur le fond de tarte pr\u00e9cuit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire pendant 15 \u00e0 18 minutes maximum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 4 : R\u00e9alisation du caramel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9aliser un caramel brun avec le sucre et le glucose dans une casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide chaude pour d\u00e9cuire le caramel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectuer le montage tant que le caramel est encore chaud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 4 : Dressage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9mouler le fond de tarte une fois froid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partir joliment les cerneaux de noix de p\u00e9can sur le fond de tarte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couler le caramel par-dessus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape 5 : Attendre que la tarte refroidisse avant de la d\u00e9guster<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : Mat\u00e9riel : \u00c9tape 1 : R\u00e9alisation du fond de tarte \u00c9tape 2 : Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190\u00b0C (thermostat 6-7) \u00c9tape 3 : R\u00e9alisation de la cr\u00e8me aux noix de p\u00e9can \u00c9tape 4 : R\u00e9alisation du caramel \u00c9tape 4 : Dressage \u00c9tape 5 : Attendre que la tarte &hellip;
