cuisine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 1 : Pr\u00e9paration des mouillettes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9langer le beurre, le sucre glace et le sel <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l&#8217;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer de nouveau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire fondre le chocolat et l&#8217;ajouter au m\u00e9lange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire torr\u00e9fier la poudre de noisettes 15 min dans un four \u00e0 150\u00b0C (thermostat 5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamiser ensemble la farine, la poudre de noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es et le cacao<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter au m\u00e9lange beurre-chocolat, les poudres et les cr\u00eapes dentelles \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler cette p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson en un rectangle de 15\u00d735 cm et de 8 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 2h30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0 (thermostat 5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9couper le rectangle de p\u00e2te en de petits rectangles de 1 cm par 7,5 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser-les sur une feuille de cuisson et enfourner pendant 10 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser refroidir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 2 : Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concasser le chocolat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le lait, la cr\u00e8me liquide et la de vanille sans laisser bouillir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, r\u00e9aliser un caramel \u00e0 sec blond avec le sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hors du feu, ajouter le lait et la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une Maryse <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition tout doucement afin de dissoudre tout le caramel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectifiez la quantit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration cr\u00e8me-caramel pour en obtenir 350 g en ajoutant de la cr\u00e8me liquide froide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le sel et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser ce m\u00e9lange chaud sur le chocolat et laisser fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mulsionner \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet par petits cercles concentriques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le sirop d&#8217;agave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans des petites verrines et placer 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 1 heure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 3 : Finition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faire fondre un peu de chocolat au lait d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et un peu de chocolat noir de
