La p\u00e2te va se d\u00e9tendre&nbsp;un peu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser reposer 20 \u00e0 30 minutes avant de l&#8217;utiliser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser une bonne cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te au centre des plaques bien chaudes et laissez cuire. Surveiller la cuisson car elle est assez rapide.
