Blanchir la pr\u00e9paration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer la farine puis bien m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait avec la gousse de vanille. D\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9bullition, le verser en une seule fois sur les \u0153ufs blanchis en remuant \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transvaser le tout dans la casserole de cuisson du lait et cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 4 \u00e0 5 minutes en remuant constamment jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe (attention \u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me n&#8217;attache pas au fond de la casserole)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9barrasser dans les ramequins.
