Bien fouetter pour avoir une texture homog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque le lait commence \u00e0 fr\u00e9mir, retirer les gousses de vanille puis verser tr\u00e8s doucement le lait sucr\u00e9 chaud sur le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent tout en fouettant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre le tout dans la casserole et faire chauffer quelques minutes sans cesser de m\u00e9langer au fouet pour que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser reposer 10 minutes la pr\u00e9paration puis incorporer la cr\u00e8me liquide dans le m\u00e9lange tout en fouettant bien pour lier le tout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner 30-35 minutes tout en surveillant la coloration et mettre \u00e9ventuellement une feuille de papier aluminium sur le dessus dans les derni\u00e8res minutes pour qu&#8217;il ne fonce pas trop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la sortie du four, la texture est tremblotante mais c&#8217;est normal.
